The Dave Matthews concert has been a tradition of ours for several years now. I've been going to his concert in West Palm since my first year in high school! Matt and I have gone 3 years together and love it so much that we've decided that as long as Dave comes to West Palm, we'll be there!!! This year was extra special because my super-skinny sister Lisa (almost 70 lbs skinnier and still shrinking) is in Stuart working on her allergy-free cookbook. The finished product is going to be a HUGE seller-it's the only one of it's specific type. And helping her taste-test her fabulous recipes along the way hasn't been too bad either! So she came along with Matt, Jacqueline, Jess, Bryan, Dan, Chris and Stacy, Nate and myself. We had a great time tail-gating BUT just as we got in line to enter the ampitheatre, it started to pour!!!! We got soaked, which might explain our appearence in some of the pics! But despite the weather we had a great time together and Dave was amazing as usual. I could tell baby Jack was diggin' it because he was movin' and groovin'.
Hope all is well. I'll be posting some nursery pics tomorrow :)

My talented husband!
As many of you know Matt is a very handy guy. He's worked so hard to improve our house beyond what I thought was possible! He's added one bathroom and is getting ready to add another! He also completely reworked the floor plan on one side of our house by knocking down one wall, closing up some doorways and adding a hallway!!! I have some "before and after pictures that I'll post soon. But until then, I wanted to share with you one of our smaller projects. We came up with the idea to use Matt's childhood dresser in Jack's nursery and add a changing table to the top. It was a beautiful raw wood-we painted it white and Matt build the changing table and left room to add two baskets beneath it for diapers, wipes etc. I'm so blessed that Matt not only knows how to build and fix pretty much anything....well so far everything! I haven't seen anything that's stumped him. Not only does he know what he's doing-he completes everything he starts! Oh, and one more thing, if you every make it over to our house once Jack's here and are on diaper duty, you'll notice the height of the changing table is for us tall people!
:) Claire
